Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

The student has applied for a refund within 7 days of course enrollment.
The course is canceled or rescheduled by the institute for any reason

2. Refund Process To request a refund, students must submit a written request to [email/contact details] with a valid reason. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original method of payment.

3. No Refunds Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

If the student voluntarily discontinues the course after the 7-day window.
If the student is dismissed from the course due to violations of the code of conduct.
For any digital content or materials that have already been accessed or downloaded.
4. Exceptional Circumstances In exceptional cases such as medical emergencies, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation will be required.
